See how your email and SMS flows and campaigns are performing with the Klavyio report. With the help of Conversific you can easily compare this marketing channel's performance to other ones' and you can understand how these channels relate to each other.

KPIs present:

  • Total sales - Total sales from customers that you've acquired through emails (This data comes from Klaviyo)

  • Orders from flows - The number of successful orders made by customers you've acquired through automated, recurring email flows.

  • Opens - The number of emails sent by you and opened by your customers.

  • Conversion rate - Number of orders made by customers you've acquired through email divided by the number of visits you've got via email. Shows you how efficient your store is in converting visitors to customers through emails you send out.

  • Orders from campaign - The number of successful orders made by customers you've acquired through one-time email campaigns.

  • Average order value - Total sales acquired by email divided by the number of orders acquired by email.

1. Profitability

See how much profit you get from this marketing source after the costs are deducted and compare the profits you get from it with other sources easily. WARNING: Sometimes this info can be quite shocking!

KPIs present:

  • Net sales -> Gross sales - Refunds - Discounts - Sales Taxes filtered for orders from email only. Includes the shipping fees paid by your customers.

  • COGS -> The cost of goods sold through email

  • Gross profit -> Net sales from email - Operating costs of orders from email. The Operating Costs include COGS, Ad spend, Shipping & Handling Fees, Transaction Costs.

  • Net profit -> The profit that remains after all expenses and costs have been subtracted from the revenue acquired by email.

  • Net margin -> Net profit / Net sales filtered for orders from email

  • Gross Margin -> Gross profit / Net sales filtered for orders from email.

2. Campaign Performance

Track how each campaign performs, and try to optimize them. The simplest you can do is to create A/B tests and use the version that outperforms the rest.

KPIs present:

  • Total Sales - The total sales that you've acquired from said campaign.

  • Recipients - The number of recipients the campaign has been sent to

  • Open rate - The number of opens divided by the number of recipients. Shows what percentage of the recipients opened your email.

  • Opens - The number of recipients who opened your email.

  • CTR - Shows the percentage of the number of clicks in your email.

  • Clicks - Shows you the number of clicks in your email.

  • Orders - The number of orders that came from said email campaign.

3. Flow Performance

4. Landing pages

These are the website pages where people first enter your domain (could be a blog article, your main page, etc) that came from the marketing channel corresponding with this report. You need to optimize the UX/UI of these pages as well as the marketing campaigns themselves in order to generate higher conversions and more revenue.

KPIs present:

  • Total sales - The total sales coming from customers who entered your store on the shown landing page.

  • Landings - The number of landings for this page.

  • Conversion rate - Shows the percentage of how efficiently this landing page turns visitors into customers.

  • Bounce rate - Shows the percentage of the visitors who exit your store without going to any other page after landing.
